I think it may be safe to say that Oklahoma now has another band that's as good as the Flaming Lips... This indie/psych/prog/folk group is insane. I'd strongly recommend listening to the songs on their myspace.

actually, the STARDEATH single alone surpasses just about everything on "At War With The Mystics," as high as my hopes were for that record. I have a hard time imagining anything touching the LIPS shows in the late 80s/early 90s, but STARDEATH, really really loud, might come close.
